Nope 2011-up are key with fob on the back end of them.

That's the way my dodge key is. And thanks to this thread, I found a flip key for mine. All I have to do is seperate my current key (use a dime to just pop it open) get the new blank fob cut, drop in my factory chip, and boom... factory chip, in a flip key housing, not losing any function. No programing necessary.

I bet they'll make one for the Ford exactly like that. Pulling the guts out of the key is cake. no rewiring or anything (Dodge)

This style key and antenna both blow my mind on a vehicle in this day and age and price range.

Wish they would have push button start and key in your pocket access (comfort access in BMW speak). The flip key would be a better alternative than the stationary key/fob configuration currently being used. But all in all the primitive configuration of the current is way better than a key and fob connected by a dangling keychain.

So far ahead in some areas yet so far behind in others.

here, on frf
there is an aftermarket piece by viper that gives you easy entry. no more pushing buttons to lock/unlock your vehicle. i just got some in today. our dei rep came in and showed us. its pretty cool, but it does require you to have a small remote on your keychain.

That's sweet, had Viper's in last 2 vehicles and liked them. I'd more than likely go with them again, heck I already have the DBall module, just need to get an alarm soon.....well really remote start, lol
