Yeah I tried but the damn thing is still pretty tight. Maybe your throttle body spacer is helping your angle of approach. Oh well just have to live with it.
Have you had any whistle with your TBS? I've heard of people complaining of it whistling or some annoying noise that they had to remove it.

I really can't answer that honestly cuz I did both the spacer and the intake at the same time, there was a slight difference, but nothing with the "holy shit" factor response I had when I did my tuning
