Advice needed for filling drilled holes in bed with spray in liner

Any suggestions on how to fill a small hole drilled into the bed through the spray in liner? Was thinking some black epoxy or caulking. It’s really a small nail sized hole in the wheel well.

If its 1/8th they can just fill it. Other wise cover it with some sheetmetal or foil tape then bed liner over it

I would run a tiny Pan head screw all the way into the hole with JB Weld in the thread to seal it all up. Once they coat over you'll never see it again...
