Evening all,

This won't apply to those with the live valve but...

I'm heading out into no man's land tomorrow and would like some help on how to adjust my new Fox 3.0 upgrades for the different scenarios that I should expect in the desert and just offroad/onload in general

Front: low speed and high speed compression
Rear: seems to be at least 3 different bypasses that have adjusters on them...

I realise that when hitting jumps theyll need to be stiff, but i have no idea how and what to change the knobs to.

It would be nice to have some solid scenarios on adjustment. But it’s probably very driver specific and fox doesn’t want any liability. I cut all of starting point values in half from the document and like the feel. I prefer a softer ride.

Yea basically. There’s a spreadsheet you can get access to where some folks have noted their settings.
