I have a rooftop tent I mount on the back of my truck for off the grid camping in some of the off road vehicle areas of the Southwest. My bed offroad rack was made by Hot Metal Fab in Sacremento, they sell on ebay and ship. The racks come as raw metal and you paint to suit. Couple of different mounting options, pinch clip or hard bolt. Just google Hot Metal Fab or HMF. I have a crappy APEX rack on the roof of the truck, but looking to change that out with a permanent mount KC HiLites rack.

I'm curious. I have seen posts where the CA Highway Patrol cracks down on vehicles they spot with bead lock wheels/tires set up. I have searched for transport solutions that would allow me to haul all four bead locked wheels set up in the bed but haven't found anything. Any recommendations? The rack solutions I have seen are built for two wheels, understandably.

I ordered an rci but they are like 6 week lead time so that probably won't work for you. If you need something in a week your best bet may be one of the big companies who keep stock on the shelf.
