I did not hear back on the shipping issue, as Ben was out of the office all afternoon.

The shipping cost quoted does seem high for the amount of products you ordered. Hopefully he can figure something out, as this same issue does comes up with the Free Shipping promo not applying to the customers in Hawaii and Alaska (it is limited to the lower 48).

I think perhaps your order went through with the Free Shipping because the system did not recognize your address as be valid for some reason.

USPS rates are the same as for any other part of the USA. If you use and ship USPS, as one of your DELIVERY providers, then there is No reason not to ship to Puerto Rico taking advantage of such promotions under equal circumstances. This applies also to UPS,FEDEX, DHL, etc.. except that these other services are more expensive.

If you offer ; Free Shipping (Shipped USPS or FedEx, 5-10 Business Day Delivery) , USPS would apply TO Puerto Rico, since it is the same system and rate.

Please confirm immediately refund to my Paypal account for $109.16, since it is showing up as charged already without even being shipped.
