What's the difference between the rinceless and waterless?

Rinseless is essentially a concentrate. Can be used in a bucket for a typical rinseless wash, or can be diluted into a sprayable form of Waterless Wash, with a bit of wax additive in it.

So rinseless is basically a concentrated form of waterless? Rinseless would be the better deal by the gallon?
