Can anyone confirm on the 2022 that the digital dials on the AC knobs are going away?

Confirmed, honestly I didn’t even know until I read the tweet haha. The temp is displayed in the screen so no big deal there, but the lighted cup holders would have been nice. I think I read Chevy was doing similar changes to cut down on chip needs.

I also heard that the glovebox light went away. Can anybody confirm?

A Ford dealership employee made a you tube video showing the changes he noticed. AC knob change, no more glove box light, incandescent bulbs for the rear plate (where 21’s had LED), and reconfiguration of the sync screen to show the AC temps in a bar at the top. He wasn’t sure if that was consistent across all models/trim levels.

They do! They increase your price as they remove features. They remove the need for chips, increase price, and deliver 2021's in 2022.
