@GCATX Same thing I am experiencing. My wife and I just went to dinner she looked over at me and asked what I did to the AC because it was blowing much colder... get in the car after dinner back to normal..

She knows I have been in a pissy mood over the issue so she didn't say anything after dinner lol.

I pulled the cabin filter it was pretty dirty I cleaned it best I could until I get a replacement.

The gen 12 trucks like my 14 F150 5.0 had some issues with inadequate ac temps. Guys that sold theirs for the new at the time gen 13's in 2015 had better things to say about the ac systems so I was under the impression the 2015 and up systems were overall a better one. Some guys did say of their gen twelve's theirs were great but you know how forums are, the majority of what I read were about how to make it better. One of the things often done was get some foam pipe insulation and wrap the lines under the hood for both hi and low pressure lines. If you do a search you'll find posts from f150forum.com I'm sure on how to do this. Even doing that I didn't get much better than high 50's out of the center vent.

I know this isn't a great answer to the OP's question but it's something to try.

Gen 12=Gen2 I'm assuming.

The issue doesn't seem to be if it's able to properly cool, it seems like some combo of signals to the servo motors in the system are getting crossed up. As was stated, sometimes it will freeze your **** off. Other times, on the same settings, it struggles to send the coldest air out of the vents.

Last week I measured 43 degrees out of the vents, today when restarted after getting gas it was at 34 degrees out of the vents, right before stopping for gas it was struggling. And it was hotter today than it was the other day.

Nothing wrong with your AC. I have the same issue. I have a 15 year old Yukon that cools down the car in 105 degree heat in less than 60 seconds from start. My 2019 raptor with less than 15k on it has always struggled to cool down, takes about 5 minutes to cool down the truck. It blows cold air, just not as cold as ither cars.

I'm living in the same TX heat and not having issues. I will say that one of the better investments I've made is for this Heatshield sunshade https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BN6TJ8K/?tag=fordraptorforum-20 Don't go cheap...this has insulation and makes a significant difference. Guessing it keeps the cab 20+ degrees cooler. Especially if you park with your windshield toward the sun. Your mileage my vary.

Does your truck have the dual moonroof? I had some issues with mine. I had the roof tinted and that helped out! On a side note, I have had my truck 3 times now the AC wouldn’t kick on. I think it might of had something to do with me adding the COBB FMIC. Only happened once and seems to work ok now.

Mine works well for the most part. Although it does seem at times as though the sensors are not recognizing that it should be cooling. Are we using the auto or manual climate control.

For my truck anyway, being black with black interior, it seems as though it absorbs heat rather quickly, and takes some time to cool down. Using the cooled seats seems almost as important as the AC.

I have a 2020 with 1300 miles on it, and I have the same issue in Texas. My old wrangler would cool down faster. These ACs just suck apparently.

The one modification that will help the A/C cool the truck easier is Ceramic Window Tint. Have it on all my glass (windshield as well, 95%) and it helps immensely. The truck probably cools down in about 60% the time it would take without the tint (especially in full sun).
