it should be 7/8 ID. I took my inner fender liner out and was able to get halfway decent access, but still a pain in the ***. if you push the wire bundle up you can pop it out of its clip on the engine. then pull it down and out of the way.

Reviving an old thread. I just picked up a second Gen 1 (2014 with Whipple) and noticed the carpet was wet.
Turns out the AC condensation drain was plugged!!
12 hours of driving with AC on made a pretty wet mess.

Did you do the fix these guys all talked about?! I think mine is experiencing the same issue.

I tried to clear the drain hole with a piece of coat hanger but very little room behind cyl head to get my hand in there..

What did you end up doing to unclog it? I will be tackling this tomorrow and Saturday along with adding Fords little elbow thing.

It's still there! It is just a Lasco plastic fitting, 3/4" FPT x Hose barb (often used on center pivot sprinklers or other sprinkler systems), just shoved on the stub. Here's another shot from passenger side wheelwell:

I had no idea they had an elbow on Gen 2's, just found something that would work...
So you just shoved the barb into the drain?
