Too bad I won't make the run on the 22nd, but I'm hoping the AARF runs will start happening more often

Looks great Cowtown and anytime you want to go again drop me a PM or text and I am always down. Again was a lot of fun and cannot wait to run with you again. Next time you will get more air.

Awesome footage....looks so fun!!
btw...thanks for the PB link...200+ pics!!

edit: is this somewhat near Calgary?

This place, one of the few remaining where you are allowed to wheel trucks in Alberta, is about an hour West-North-West from Calgary. The river was apparently dammed up to divert to Ghost Lake, where they have a hydro-electric generating station.
What is left behind, is truly beautiful.

Looking forward to the September 22 run, although I may not be on the forum much in the next week or so as I'm travelling on business and a short vacation in Toronto. But Strafe, if you want to organize a meet - set up another thread here with the title AARG and we'll get some people interested to go out!
I'm thinking about bringing a Jaws ladder to film from this time so we can get more of the feel of the drifting that goes on in the tight quad trail turns...

Sounds good here it is Link. Yeah I did go picture crazy but uploaded them all for everyone to see how incredible the area is. My Wife taught me to take to many pictures so others can weed out what they like and save you the trouble lol.
