not bad at all.. reflection is noticeable though; one of the reasons I’m considering the lasers...without wide driving lens at all.
Every try the spot lenses ? Would that help with the glare ? Could be a good option to try that before getting the laser

all the lumens
"disco" mode on my truck is legit. i think the last time i added all the candlepower up it was somewhere a little over 3 million.

how is the glare on your hood from the a pillar lights?

I run spot lenses, so the glare isnt really noticeable. My whole truck is actually a satin wrap, so that helps cut down things. I do need to order all spot lenses for my roof bar. I have a few combo lenses on it now and they create some glare.

Thought about it, but haven’t tried it... it’s really a non-issue for me. Noticeable if I’m looking for it, but when I have them on, I’m usually looking as far out in front of the truck as possible and frankly don’t even notice it.

Good to know, I always heard the hood stripes helped too with glare if you had them, glad it isn’t too bad

Thoughts on the size difference between the xl80s vs squadron pros?

kind of like the glare issue for me...wind noise with the XL80s is noticeable if I have the radio off and am listening for it, but otherwise I don’t even think about it.

greater light output up high is worth it for me even if it was much loder.

If I were to only plan on fog pocket + A pillar, I'd want my fog pocket lights to be wide and driving/combo, and I'd run XL80 Spots on the pillars.

Having your distance lighting up as high as possible will only extend the range of your overall lighting package.

The xl80s shake a little bit on my SDHQ mounts, but in all reality, I don't notice much when the entirety of the truck is shaking while offroad.

That and I seriously can't even hear the stereo turned up to 20 when I'm doing more than 80mph due to how loud my roof lightbar is. ( it whistles like a ****).

It'll only get worse once I get a cage, so I'm planning to go to with an intercom and dsp headsets.
