yes it does go in place of the recovery hooks, built out of 3/16 and boxed.

Whats the pricing on the that rack with the rear facing light bar?

What do you do with the tow hitch receiver in front of the third brake light on the bed cage type thing.

It could be used for a few things, This particular one was built for someone who is using it to assist in getting his hunting "trophy's" up in the bed with a winch going in the receiver.

$625 seems steep especially if that is the unpainted price.

it comes powdercoated, I just posted that pic to show the product before we powdercoated it.

I really like the push bar. Would four 8" round lights fit, similar to the Ford Racing, N-Fab & KC light bars? I guess mounts would have to be welded on, but that seems like it would be fairly simple.

I'm confused. I like the chase rack that has the hitch receiver on the top crossbeam but I don't see it on the website. It looks different from the Urban chase rack listed on the site.

I don't I'm sorry, but I can tell you it bolts to the factory tow hook bolts. We could easily add the tabs you need for you lights.
