We made several changes in upper management and have more than doubled the staff. We strive to maintain the leadership in cutting edge technology and products.
We currently are shipping out over a hundred bumpers a week and they are 100% manufactured here in the USA. We are now also able to have a small amount of products on our shelves as stock. The problem with that is that everyone orders something custom or a different color. We are well noted and have several large companies we design and build bumpers for such as KC HiLites, Shelby America, and Roush.
We listen and learn from our mistakes and other peoples mistakes. We currently use the number one powder coat company in AZ. We have the best in the industry engineers, designers, and fabricators along with precision laser, scanning, 3D Modeling, and welding equipment.
We are roughly sending out 500 bumpers a month and receiving less than 5 complaints a month. That means 99% of our customers are happy without complaints. We are working hard to make that number 100%. The fact of the matter though is that there is always going to be that small percent of people that you can never keep happy no matter what. We are hopeful and very understanding. As a leading company we will strive for perfection and continue to move in a positive direction.
