801a worth it?

800a has "Intelligent Access with Push-Button Start" under interior features. If your going to add several of the packages as separate options you might as well get 801a. These trucks are expensive as it is and no one ever says their vehicle has to much nice stuff, espically on a daily.

I begrudgingly got 802a on my 2020 and many of the features I thought were kind of a gimmick turned out to be very convenient and useful.

What is that? 800a includes remote start and keyless entry

Yeah, I get that...but I've been down that road before with an F-450 where $65k ballooned into $85k and am trying to be a little more conscientious this go-around. Just trying to figure out what I'm missing as not a single person has mentioned going with the 800a.
Fair enough, $20k is a big chunk of cash. The 801a seems to be a must though, since without it the truck feels and looks a little bare bones, especially parked next to a 801a equipped one (headlights and unpainted door handles come to mind)

Interesting that they made the delta in the two packages with some real changes like the headlights on the outside besides body colors mirror BS and "intelligent" access.

If you care about resale value, I would imagine that 801A would be a lot more desirable a couple of years down the road. People buying an expensive truck want luxury features.

I went with 801a and the 37 package, i was however warned though that the 37 performance package is like a 10% build, so people who put the custom orders in might not get that based on dealer allocations.
