Just wondering for those who have supercharged their 6.2L Raptors with a twin screw style system regardless if its a TVS 2300 Roush or Whipple, how much of a impact did it have on your fuel milage? Im currently getting 13.5 mpg around town in stock trim: It is my DD
Thank you for your time

If you search whipple, supercharged, or supercharger you will get some past threads to read through.

But I didnt because I dont spend a lot of time on the Internet and dont have time to spend reading thru 100's of generalized supercharger questions when im looking for a specific area ie fuel mpg.

Some people have reported seeing about 2 mpg better highway from what I've read. I'm sure if you're a lead foot then you won't see those gains. Taking a look at the official gas mileage thread might answer your question better though. I can't say most of us bought this truck with gas mileage as a concern. I think the correct measure is smiles per gallon.

I did see an increasein hwy mpg in my old sn95 cobra after I put a ptk turbo kit on it way back in 2005 and my 13 shelby does great on the hwy but neither are DDs I could deal with a 2 mpg drop on the raptor but if charging it is going to drop it to sub 10s mpg I would be hard pressed to do it. Thank you for your reply. Perhaps because im working off a mobile platform im not seeing categorize forums like I see on SVT performance's forum so its a bit more ti e consuming finding info on this site

Mine is around 11 mpg everyday mixed driving. If I keep it around the speed limit on the highway can get around 12.

I lost about 1 mpg 99% city driving so I'm getting around 9.5 to 9.7 mpg.
But I have a heavy foot. LOL
I could do better but it's hard, I love the way she pulls. :)

I have been up to 12.7 to 13.1 on the highway average speed 70 mph.
