If you change the bulb to higher output, optics must change. If not, you will get glare.
As far as raptorretrofits, have any of you experienced short life / moisture in lens? I had seen some bad reviews on these in my raptor light search.


You may be mistaken and talking about recons lights...I haven't heard anything but good things about raptor retrofit...

Not sure I know what you mean, but condensation was a big problem on aftermarket assemblies. I had this issue on a smoked set I had. I went back to stock.

Initial build suffered from lower quality connectors which led to ballasts going out.

These have since been replaced with full water tight connections.

Mine have been on the truck for a year with zero issues

Any LEDs on your setup? If so, how they holding up?

I have whiskers. They are perfect no issues. I have them tied into the market lights so they are on whenever the markers are on
