Alright, since it seems impossible to make this decision on my own, I'm gonna ask for your votes for which roof mount to go with. Ive been debating mostly between the Nfab mount and the Rigid mount. I like with the rigid mount it rivets in the door gap which means no drilling into the roof, but it seems the nfab mount is a bit stronger based on how it secures in.. Who has what, opinions?

Do NOT use either the ADD or the Rigid door jam mounts. HORRIBLE design. I don't know why, but with a straight 50" bar, the place they want you to drill for the mounts is in the worst possible spot and the rivets will literally fall out.. I've experienced it, and so has @RaptorAddict

With a 54" radius, it's perfect.. no problems

With a 50" straight Rigid, go with the SoCal Supertrucks mounts. We sell them, and have installed both kinds. Stick to that one for your straight bar. Stick to the Rigid mounts for a radius 54"

Hm interesting, my buddy has the ADD mounts with a 50, and i just witnessed those things take one hell of a beating yesterday. He definitely pushed some limits, and everything seemed fine. But maybe he has just been lucky so far. I mean no offense to Alternative Offroad just stating what i have seen

100% the gm mounts will work . I might try these out.

So is it a horrible design for just the 50 " ? Or is it a horrible design altogether ? That statement is somewhat confusing the way I'm reading it.

Talk to the guys at SVC they made a set for me and I'm sure they could do it again. This is for the 50 inch baja design onx6 but it's the same mounting give them a shout the nice part of the design is they sit further back and you don't get the glare on the windshield.

+1 for this.
The straight bar rigid mount is garbage. The radius rigid mount is different. SCST mount is solid.
