Great point, and just because it looks great? I do want to see comparison info.

Plus, how many of us are running at night? :perkinswhatever:

I was when I did this. :( But I just ran out of talent, not light...

OK - so I now have pricing on several of the RDS lights by Rigid:

These are specifically "spot" (not sure about flood or combo).

20" - $924.99
30" - $1,249.99
40" - $1,649.99
50" - $1,999.99
54" - $2,149.99

^They're making 54"?! Oh Snap!

Damn, I've never seen a 54" before. I wonder how it sits/fits on a Raptor.

Btw, here's the link for other prospective hopefuls. Only Spots offered thus far.

Loking at that u have major rub of the tire/spindel

Negative. Well, maybe towards the end. That is a mixture of axle/halfshaft grease and brake fluid. Still running the same tire and no rub marks (new stock knuckle).

The 54" makes sense if you've seen the 50" install. I have the 50" on my truck with the Rigid roof mount brackets. The brackets actually have about 2" offset per side, so a new bracket with no offset would probably handle a 54" light.

Curious if the curved bars are measure straight end to end, or if they are measured with the curve. If they are measured with the curve (read bowed out) that could be the reason for the 54". It may be 50" wide ,like the straight 50", but measure along the curve.

OK - so I have now seen the Rigid Radius Light installed on a truck. I spent all day (8.5 hrs) at Five R Trucks in Boulder, CO while having a bunch of stuff installed. They have a red truck that 5R, ADD, and Rigid did for SEMA (I think). It has ADD bumbers/tire gate that's not on the market yet. The 54" bar is mounted with custom painted mounts from Rigid. They are low profiile pillar mounts. The best looking pillar mounts I have ever seen. In my opinion most of these mounts are bulky and unattractive.

The light bar covers more of the roofline than the 50" I have. It is about as wide as the windshield. My straight 50" is several inches narrower. The curve matches about perfectly with the windshield. Truly a sexy, mean looking light in person.

They will not be generally available until spring 2014 is what they told me.
