4th of July Parade

Oh yeah hour long parade! Thank goodness I had a 4th of July cd blaring so I couldn't hear the sugared up 7 year olds. Granted Brandi said I missed all the "nice truck", "cool truck", "look at that monster truck" comments and the announcer saying "here comes troop 789 riding 2012 SVT Raptor from top gear" lol

You would be appalled at what I did to temp fix it... I took a 3/4 unibit and drilled a hole in the bottom. Then used two screwdrivers to push the shroud back on the hid. Granted the led ring broke in the process. At least the shroud is out of the way of the headlight... I put duct tape back over the hole and reinstalled the light..

Hahaha, oh man. I should have told you its ten times easier to pop the lens off now that Ive already done it once. Flat head screw driver and about ten minutes to clean it all out and you could have just siliconed it back together.

At least you got it looking good for the parade.

New set should be there Friday !
