37's bog the truck down.......period. I love it when people say otherwise. Not only the larger diameter, but the overall weight. Braking will also be less effective.

I've had 3 trucks in the past on 37's and 38's. All of them were 3/4 ton diesels. Every single one of them I had to re-gear and tune to make them tolerable.

I do agree with the braking, no doubt it feel less responsive. As for slowing the truck down, I was worried about that and was ready to look for an after market intake system to offset the loss of power. Quite honestly it doesn't really feel that noticeable to me when cruising around in sport mode. The 2017 Gen II is the first Raptor I've owned, so I can't say there's a large sample size (15) months. At any rate, truck still has plenty of pedal response for me...

Did you have to do any trimming to prevent rubbing? And is your rear suspension stock?

Yes to both...There was some trimming. Funny thing was it wasn't even trimming, more on the drivers side to avoid rubbing at full lock. And the back is totally stock, no deavers or anything...

you lifted front 2.25" and nothing to the rear to fit the 37" KO2's correct? The front a bit higher than the rear? When you say trimming, but hardly....please elaborate. I appreciate the input.

I have Mickey Thompson mtz p3 37” tires on method beadlocks. The mickeys are not as heavy as some at 83lbs. I’m very happy and have a spare 37 in the bed. I have Geiser Springs on in the pic. Putting deaver +3 with rpg drop shackles on soon. D557C650-83CB-4259-8CAD-AD7C52C27816.jpeg
