Also the reason most did not order was because most dealers only had 1-2 37 allocations as apposed to 7-10 35” trucks.

Sorry, the 20” are taller. It’s not so much about weight, as it is rolling circumference.
You will notice a definite performance difference from one to the other. Good luck going A to B with those big meats! Ha

Going from a 35” ko2 load range C to a 37” ko2 load range C isn’t going to make much of a difference with a 10 speed and 4.10s. You’ll lose 1mpg at most and likely won’t feel the difference. People aren’t mentioning the current 37” ko2 is a load D tire, it’s 69 lbs compared to the stock 315/70 at 62lbs. The new tire bfg is making for the G3 will be a load C 37” at 65 lbs.

I realize most of these trucks are going to be mall crawlers but once you take off those weak ko2's and put real 37's on the difference will be way more noticeable

Mine is still off between .8 and 1.2 when I check it. And always on the high side of estimating....
Mine was too. Ford doing the feel good number on purpose I assume. Once I entered the correction factor, it got more reasonable. The EPA doesn't allow Ford to use the feel good number ...
