3.0s in the back to replace Oem Fox

dumb question ... it seems the rear stock suspension has a hard time keeping up with the fronts. Has anyone just replaced the rear stock Fox shocks with 3.0s and just left the fronts alone?

Had my ICONs on just the rear with my RPG bump kit and national springs for a few weeks before I had time to put the fronts on. The front was all stock besides second perch. I ran the shit out of it till the point part of my exhaust fell off. The rear out performed the front by a lot and it was too out of balance in terms of control. With the fronts on, the rear is once again out performed.
