I check mine before a run and at every oil change. So far (12000 miles on the shocks/bumps) the shocks have not needed any nitrogen but the bumps usually need a bit.

On the bumps, Corey from RPG filled mine. From talking to him the pressure is on a case by case basis. MadCow was running lower and was put up to 125. Mine was at 100 and with the bed weight and how the truck was running we went to 150.

TMX (thanks guys) lent us their bottle kits with a neck harness and everything, it was a pretty trick setup.

Brandon - any comments on where/how much that setup was?

Besides checking the nitrogen. I was talking with Deaver the last time my truck was there and they were saying, we push our trucks so hard that we need to maintain our rear springs also. They recommend once a year, pulling them apart, sanding all the grime off, lubing between the springs and lubing all the bushings.

Last weekend I pulled the springs out and did this and was amazed how much better my truck rode and how much quitter it was.

Pulling the springs is a lot of work but the gain in performance was well worth it.

That's something I never thought of doing! That makes perfect sense to pull them apart haha I always jacke up the rear end so it dropped and pressure washed the leafs to try and get the dirt from between them out! What did you lube yours with Gordon? Also what do you use to lube the bushings? I was thinking of getting poly bushings for the leaf springs.

Talked to Corey last night cause I just got my rear fox 3.0's in and he said to drop my bumps to 80 psi and make sure the shocks are at 200psi I check the bumps every time I change my oil and they've held so far!

I learned this the hard way. Dented my cab pretty good at Raptoberfest where the bed made contact because my bumpstops had bled off.

Rich that partly has to do with the cab mounts! I have those same dents and my bumps were good. The cab mounts allow the cab to move A LOT! the bed doesn't move as much if you watch Ducati's video of the dual front set up you can see just how much this mounts move haha it's amazing how they stay on

So is this something that needs to be tightened? I've run hard with this setup for awhile and never had an impact between bed and cab until last week. So I just figured it must have been because low psi in the bump stops.

Really? Your bumps were dead?

Almost. One had like 30 psi.
