I mounted the Raptor set on my fresh out of the oven 2012 and already after just 2 weeks, two lights have leaked water and burned out. I sent one back last week and then noticed the other flashing and then burn out tonight. One was a spot and the other a fog light.. both on the same side of the truck. It appears that either both weatherproof plugs failed on one side or the harness itself is leaking on one side. The other side looks great and both lights are clear. This is frustrating. My first interaction with Rigid was great and they sent me a shipping tag to return my light to be fixed, but now I have to send another light and the wiring.. I just want it to work.

Anyone else see this? I have a ton of experience in wiring/electrical and was very careful, however these failures are all downstream from anything I did. For nearly $500 I would have expected more so far.

On a positive note, when the lights work, they do rock!

Feel your pain.I'm working on my 2nd leaker, I think it may be coming thru the wire grommet connection.
