The other aspect, if you care, is the ram interior is miles ahead of everything else with a bed. It’s close to a nice German sedan.

Once Ford steps it up the Raptor will be the ticket. I love the look of the raptor and everything else, even fine with the V6, but the interior needs a big upgrade.

The new F150 interior is amazing - I sat in one last weekend. Ford will leap ahead in that category soon.

The ram has a lot of great features, but to me it looks like a bunch of add-ons and afterthoughts - the main driver display literally has gauges upon gauges. Design-wise it’s confusing and visually distracting. The Raptor in its current form is more cohesive, even if it lacks certain features.

I'm really curious to see what happens to the TRX's resale value. Will it hold up like the Raptor?

The last time I checked, Ram trucks had the highest depreciation percentage of all trucks - double that of the Raptor.

Maybe a nitpick, but it doesn't make sense to leave the sunroof out of the price of the TRX build if it's included in the listed price of the Raptor. The sunroof didn't come with the truck, it was always an option in the Raptor, whether one wanted it or not.

kinda agree. With 1000hp Hummers and Cyber trucks, the TRX represents something that is dying off. But I would still prefer that to EV any day

I was thinking about that this morning. This may really be the last of a breed. A factory Supercharged V8 truck with maybe Ford doing a swan song similar truck because the electrics are coming and with the right range and durability, they are going to blow gas trucks out of the water.

I’ll miss the sound of a nice ICE engine, but it’ll be impossible to overlook a 500+ mile range and huge torque/power/acceleration of a multi-electric motor truck. Heck, the top Hummer EV coming is supposed to make 1000hp and doing 0-60mph in 3 flat. That’s insane.

You're getting a bit ahead here. None of these EV trucks are even on the road yet, much yet replacing all ICE trucks. EV cars have been around for several years now, and have barely made a dent in the market. EVs are certainly going to be a growing presence for sure, but they are not going to push ICE out of the market completely in the next decade, if ever.
