Not really a lot- tune, lighter wheels/tires, that’s all. Still not as fast as an R, but gets close.
a tuned 3.5 with bolt ons will hurt feelings for sure. I enjoy mine. Ran into my first RHO this weekend. He gapped me by a truck length.

Yeah from everything I’ve seen they actually do have 540 HP. Their extra weight isn’t enough for 450HP to remotely keep up.

I thought it would be closer for sure. Oh well. At least my truck doesn’t look like a poop emoji. Am excited for the next gen Raptor.

I got my ‘24 R at MSRP and even at that, it’s damn expensive. 100% worth it IMO. Just the best truck I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned so many, including 4 other raptors. Something about hearing that big supercharged V8 roar and all that torque just makes it all worth it. But it’s not an insignificant purchase so you have to decide for yourself. I’ve put about 3000 miles on it since I got her in July and I split time driving her and my wife’s CT5 Blackwing. I guess I’m just willing to spend a bunch on big American V8s while we can still get em!
