Good problem to have...my 2025 should be here shortly. It is a decent deal, $5k over. I love my current 37PP with upgrades. Who has made the leap from a regular to R? Was it worth it? I have other cars to go fast in. Now that the truck is here I am on the fence....Much appreciated.
Did you get a notice that it actually shipped? I received notice that mine went into production back on 11/6 but has been sitting in Quality hold since. Ford isn't telling the dealership why, other than that all the Raptor R's are in that status. Keeping hope alive that I receive it before the year's end.

Boostcreep is 100% dead on. I was one of the lucky few to get my R at MSRP but its worth 5k over not much more than that. Different times now though. When they first hit the lots, everyone just wanted to be first, which came with a premium.

But i would have paid 5k over for mine easily

I cancelled my '25 R order for $10k over. I figured I'd wait. In the meantime, I got a '24 Plaid (to go along with my two supercharged V8 ice cars and other vehicles) and it's been a riot. The thrust is insane. Got a 35 mile example with a $8,100 inventory discount, $7,500 commercial EV credit and then depreciation through my company. So, cheap beater EV at that point. :D Will tide me over until hopefully the R's get to sticker or below and I'll reconsider one.

5k over? Post up when it's 5k under.
Exactly..They did same thing when the new C8 Corvette came out..guys paying $20-$50k over and are now deep underwater..Now if a guy can afford it and just has to have it NOW to be 1st in the block...go for it,but personally id never pay over MSRP.

I paid $3k over on my 35" at the end of 2022, financed half of it. Now when I do the math for getting an R, I know that there is $3k extra on my payoff that wouldn't be there if I was more patient. Took a slight ******** on my paid off 2018 Tacoma TRD Pro too, probably another $3k. Had a 2nd kid on the way so I unnecessarily rushed myself.

Fast forward to now and dealers can't get rid of all their 801 / 802s at sticker and below. I love my truck but lesson learned and I will not pay over again.
