I agree with you. Instead of pinching pennies, how about focusing on improving quality. They could save a lot on warranty work while also building a more loyal customer base.I mean what's the price difference of a Raptor logo vs a Ford logo on a key fob? .10 maybe .25 -- when they are doing sheet like this it really makes you wonder what they are cutting back on the engine parts and other important stuff.
Hey Ford worry about fixing your quality issues (staring w/ wrinkles in the seat material on 25's that your worthless QC at the factory can see plain as day and don't do anything) and you wouldn't have to worry about the .25 Raptor logo on a key or stamping Ford instead of Raptor on running boards. Morons.
Didn’t Ford lose four billion last year on the lightning? Go woke, go broke.I don’t understand why they’re still doing this. All the other manufacturers that made cuts during plandemic have stopped. All the features have returned.
Ford just keeps taking more parts away.
probably just programed a leftover key from a previous year.I saw the 2025 Ford Raptor at the dealership, and it had the Raptor logo on the key.
The real concern is that Ford will downgrade the stuff we can't see on the next gen to maximize profit. Right now, they are saving a few pennies simplifying button modules and reducing the number of SKUs by ditching model specific logos on some shared parts. It is a little irritating, but the changes are pretty minor and don't really impact my enjoyment of the truck.Oh well if they continue to remove options on a Raptor, I'll just move back to an STX with a 5.0. Get's to a point is a Raptor worth the $40k up charge? Maybe today, not sure about tomorrow!
Last straw will be when they replace the 'Raptor' side stickers with Ford logoOh well if they continue to remove options on a Raptor, I'll just move back to an STX with a 5.0. Get's to a point is a Raptor worth the $40k up charge? Maybe today, not sure about tomorrow!
