You definitely get more stock items for your money on a '24.

Have to agree with this; the 2024 year is still the best by far if you're looking to get into a new Raptor. Starting 2025, will just have more deletes down the line and I'm not even surprised at this point.

So far, all of the 2024 Raptors in my entire area and further, don't have any new '24 Raptors in stock anymore; they're all sold, including the last R in antimatter blue--that was sitting in my dealership which got sold over the weekend from what my sales manager told me.

What’s the big deal with the door key pad though?
It depends how many times you use it; I use it almost everyday and I don't usually keep the keys on me sometimes--always used it to open the truck, as well as used it to open the tailgate by the keypad.

Keypad for the win. Makes it so easy for shuttle drivers when we are rafting as well. Gone are the days of leaving keys in the wheel well, etc.
Also use it to lock the door from the outside while the truck is running, lets you leave kids inside on a hot day and run into a gas station.

Is the keypad going, or it’s just gone to a touch sensitive one like on my wife’s Timberline Expedition? So you don’t actually see it physically, it lights up when you touch the panel then the numbers appear in backlit red light.
Would imagine physical buttons to be better out and about when mud is involved etc.
We use our door keypads a lot in the garage of all places when just looking to grab stuff quick without having to go and grab the keys.

I used my keypad once just to confirm the code that was hand written in the owners manual by the previous owner. Never used it since.

Id rather have the red stripe than the key pad. I've never used it in gen 2/3. I don't even know the password for either truck. Everyone has a different hill to die on with features....its fascinating. Id also never ever leave my keys in my truck.

So glad I have my '21. My only "delete' was blue cruse. Had the chance to show a young buck what a Raptor was all about this weekend as we took a short jaunt on some back country dirt roads at speeds up to 100mph. He was easily able to relate what his '92 would (not) do in the same situation.
