i like the back taillights but that grill is horrible. I like the gen2 grill better than gen3. Seems to get progressively worse.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but Raptors have never been part of a mid-cycle refresh…

I know Gen 1 went from halogen to projector headlights, but that’s hardly a refresh. I guess my question is why now?

My guess is that Ford is trying to save money by using as many common parts across the product line as humanly possible.

Probably true. I wonder if the new headlight design loses the adaptive features, I’m sure that saves a few chips and contributes to 2,400 less parts.
