2024 Raptor Axle Seal Leak (Driver's side)

2024 axle seal leak (driver's side). This has happened twice in under 6k miles. First time occured at approx 30 miles after driving the new truck home from the dealership. Gear fluid was coming out heavily and had coated the underside of the truck and back of the tailgate. Dealership apologized heavily and I was told the seal had a manufacturing defect. 2nd time occurred at 5,200 miles. This time it was a minor leak and was again replaced by dealer. I am beginning to wonder if all seals have a mfg defect. Has anyone else experienced this situation with the 2024 model?

They need to check the axle housing breather tube. If it’s restricted, kinked, damaged, etc it will not allow the pressure to equalize and it will push fluid through seals.
