Many used R’s aren’t budging on price because the dealers paid a lot for them. To sell at new MSRP price or below becomes a loss for them.

New trucks are barely moving at $15k+ markups. Dealers that paid over hoping to flip used trucks are eventually going to face the music that they are late to the game.

Yep, the demand is dropping by the week but dealers are still trying to ride the wave out as long as possible. My local dealer just sold 2 at MSRP

Really wish I could afford trading my 37 for one. Even at sticker is was $37,000 difference.

I’m in that boat with a 35”. Even at sticker, it’s gonna hurt. I have enough disposable income, but deep down I know it’s a stupid decision regardless. It’s more expensive all around just so I can get to a red light 1/4 second quicker and V8 noise. I don’t think it’s worth MSRP.

I just tell myself life is short and suck it up.

Yeah, for sure. After driving one I think I’d rather have a 3.5 Raptor and fast/fun car for similar money. R is fun but driving around normally it felt identical to my 37 with less drone. It makes you appreciate how much torque the 3.5 makes for what it is.

I have a 23R and a 24 base model….
Two completely different trucks … Both are fun, but the R can get you in trouble quickly … it’s a wild ride !!

That would be perfect! The 35 is a great daily and slap a Whipple on the R for weekends.
