I asked this question in a few places and received some good info but not all correct - here is my experience:

Remove Skid Plate:

4 x 13mm and 2 x 15mm - there will be a spacer/bar underneath on the backside (the 15mm bolts slide through holes that hold it in place.

Main bumper (remove in order):
2 Tow hook rubber surrounds (these just pull down and out - you technically don't need to remove these.
Outer (side) Brace bolts 2 x 8mm - one brace on outer side of bumper.
3 Harness Connectors - 1 Main Large, 1 Smaller to the intercooler shutters, 1 in center (right above bumper - you will see it when you drop the bumper.
6 Nuts (21mm) - 3 on each side.

and in case you wanted to know the sensors are a 3 piece design (as shown in picture - you remove the inner sensor by pulling outward on the center black parts (top and bottom) to slide past the clips, then the center black piece is removed by pressing inwards (and away) from the silver outer piece - once that is out you can just slide the silver piece out.

Also the bolts that hold the oil filter removal panel on the skid plate as well as the ones on the modular bumper are all Torx T40.

Hope this helps someone!
