I can hear mine if I turn my head and put my ear to the head rest. About it.

I have a 22’ with the b&o system (18 speakers). I’ve never actually heard sound from the headrest speakers or the speakers on the roof. I have a feeling these are the speakers that were actually deleted. Just a guess

There is nothing coming out of my ceiling nor head rests. I've tried surround mode as well. BUT, if you think I would let a dealer rip out my roof liner and dash to run wires if there are none, no chance in hell. I'd have rattles I'd be chasing for rest of time with this one.
