Per Autotrader. I know it is not perfect, but fair perspective. The '23 Raptors moving about 2x faster than all F150. But even at same rate, the number of '23 Raptors still on lots when '24 start shipping on 3/6 is probably going to still be fairly large. And I was really surprised at # of '24 that have been built or at least scheduled.

2023:
2/20 +59K F150 and 643 Raptors

2024:
2/20 +12K F150 and 683 Raptors

All the new 2023 F150s in my area have been discounted 6k+ and some below invoice. At this rate, every truck they sell will be at a loss. What are you guys seeing in your areas?

Not as big a discount around Northern VA, but lower than they were. Raptor R still pretty high.

Ford is running a stairstep program along with the incentives and financing to try to get the 23s moving. I'm down to 2 on the lot.

Glad to be back boys. Went thru the same nightmare in 2021. Have a 24 on order now that’s been in production since 2/2. Ford chat says estimated delivery date end of march. Fun stuff

Several SoCal dealers at MSRP now, especially if you go in, you can get them down relatively easily on a 23. Some are pushing add ons, basically they don't make deals over the phone, it requires a visit, which is a PITA.

I currently sort of have 2 24s on order both waiting to be released a 1/10 and a 2/14

But ive been looking at 23s several dealers i have found had 5k marked off their trucks dealer i have 24 order through is sticker and 66k trade

The 2 dealers ive tried to deal with on trade are 5kish off sticker but 63k and 59k trade on my 21 raptor

I was going to take a 23 but only a few k difference between a left over and a new 24 ill just be patient and wait

Take the 23. I’d be willing to bet your 66k trade number won’t hold by the time your 24 arrives in April or May. The bottom is falling out of the used Raptor market.
