Right…. Why wouldn’t they have been pushing all of those 2023’s out to flush that toilet? If not moving on the lots, then offer the discounts and financing. Most dealer lots I’ve seen have lower inventory still. These automotive industry inventory strategies have gotten pretty bizarre. And obviously very flippant based on the confidence of the Dearborn guy that shipments were starting last Friday… now it slips an entire month because they realized there too many 2023’s…. Uh okay. lol.
Everyone, thanks to this disrespectful guy, I’m going to stop my updates in this forum. You all can thank this guy.

That’s good news, sounds like graphics and bed liner didn’t cause a big delay at all.
Surprisingly not. I was expecting a few week delay. Guess we'll see how long it takes to ship. Vehicle visibility is rarely ever correct on eta but I guess anythings possible lol

Hold your horses. I spoke to my contact in logistics and they’re not shipping any 24 F150s till end of Feb now. Even though it says awaiting shipment, they won’t be shipping anytime soon. Ford still has to flush 23’s that haven’t sold yet throughout the country. This includes all trims of the F150’s. Even here in Detroit there’s tons of 23’s still on dealer lots. If you don’t care for the 24’s, you may be able to get a 23 for less than MSRP and great financing.
I've got a XLT in route

Sir i was not being disrespectful to you at all… my comments are directed to how Ford manages inventory. Your communication is obviously appreciated. I work for a large company as well and understand how decisions are sometimes made. That was not a shot at you by any means.

What he said isn't even a dig at you. He is speaking about Ford and the car industry in general

Let's hope that all of us see our trucks in transit soon, like this one.

sinistercoyote5.0 on youtube has a bunch of videos and shorts the last couple days showing 2024s. Not sure what dealer he's at but it's obviously somewhere up north since everything is covered in snow. That dealer has quite a few trims and even showed start-up for the HUD. No Raptor in his videos but most of the other trims. One truck even has the no not sell across the window sticker.

It is odd in the video he does with the lariat and the red XLT has one of those DO NOT SHIP window stickers. All the trucks are from the Dearborn plant though, so i guess they are shipping trucks

The dealer is Pat Milliken Ford in Michigan
