Ultimately he called me and walked me through the process of sorting out which wire connected to which switch. Amazing customer service and a stand up guy. That does look very clean. I’m considering the S1, I like that that flush-mount look but also not a fan of drilling into the bumper. any suggestions on where to mount the pair of S1 that will be a happy medium? Which configuration would you pick if you do it again, for maximum effect dealing with tailgaters during the daytime?It works well....debating if want to do same thing on '24 or go with SPV S1 kit and not have to drill the bumper. The flush mount is nice and clean.

Dropped an IM to John the other night fairly late and next thing I know John said to just call him so we could talk through what I wanted to do front and rear. Ran S2 rears on my 2017 then flush mount S1 on my 2020 (post #7), but went with S1 on the 2024. I liked the form factor of the S1 over the S2 for the rear. For tailgaters, I tend to try to get away from them first if possible....but will hit them with the lights if I can't. Works well no matter which option you choose. Now I loved the look of the flush mount, but did not want to drill the bumper again. I did not think about being unable to remove when I sell the truck.That does look very clean. On the first two Raptors, I just wired them to upfiter switch to use mostly for backing up and camping. However, I occasionally found I left them on when backing up. So this time I went with SPV harnesses to tie into the reverse lights but also used their long harness to wire to upfitter.....so best combo. I was worried about being too bright when backing up, but John pointed out that they can be adjusted down and I could remove the reverse light connection if ever wanted to do that. I got them all installed and think they will work great.
I was not looking forward to running the wires to the front of the truck as it was a general pain on the first 2 Raptors. Made my own harness for one and used BD on the other. And hated where Ford stuck the wires in the engine bay on earlier models back by the firewall. This time was so much easier using SPV's aux wire extentions (see John's video post #16). Make life easier on yourself and get a set of these.

I also got the SPV harnesses which are very flexible to fish through the frame. Using a metal fish tool, I ran it all the way from rear to the front inside the frame. This is the kit I got from John/SPV. Love the quality and the OEM-look.

2024 Raptor-R (built date 23 May 2024) - "Bellatrix" just has to be different...We have been working with some customers who had a hard time figuring out what color wires were which switch on their 24's. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, Ford changed the colors again in 2024.
In the past, you could always look up the colors in the manual. Originally it was a paper manual. Then it went digital. Even the digital version showed you the switch wires/colors up until 2024.
This 2024 model though, we looked through the manual and online, and no where was there an update to the new colors and what they were. So working with our customers, we put the wire color chart together for you by process of elimination.
Strip a wire, turn on each switch one by one until it would turn on a test light. It's unfortunate this had to be done, however, we wanted to be sure this information was passed along for anyone else who needed this info.
We will post a detailed video on here soon on locating your switch wires and full detail. In the mean time, here are your simple directions-
1: The Aux wires are located between the battery case and the headlight on the PASSENGER SIDE. They are taped under the branch bungle of wires you see down in that crevice. It is easier and quicker to simply remove the battery and the plastic case that holds the battery to get to them than to squeeze your hands down there.
2: There are 2 bundles. Both bundles of wires have the SAME colors. ONE bundle is wrapped in WHITE tape. The other bundle is wrapped in RED tape. The one with RED tape is the one you want. It is the POWERED wire set. The bundle with WHITE tape are simply EXTENSIONS into the passenger floor board. There is nothing connected to them on either end. They are simply a way to EXTEND your switch wires to connect to them INSIDE the truck.
3: There are only 5 Wires, not 6. Your #1 switch wire was stolen to connect to the second pair of Rigid/OEM fogs from Ford. This is the one pair that has the black covers on them. The pair that is NOT covered is connected to the Headlight/Fog Switch.
If you want to get your Aux 1 Switch back, you can do this with a set of these splitters to combine your 2 Pairs into your Fog switch. Then the second link, a relocation harness to bring your Aux 1 switch connection back up to your other 5 switch wires.

4: Switch Wire Colors-
1 – (used in the bumper for the OEM fog lights. To get this back you would use our relocation harness) - 10 amp fuse. (This was swapped from #3 so # 3 is now 15 amps)
2 – GREEN - 15 amps
3 – YELLOW - 15 amps
4 – BROWN - 10 amps
5 – BLUE /ORANGE - 5 amps
6 – YELLOW/ORANGE - 5 amps

It sounds like it's accurate. The GREEN, is actually Green/Brown.2024 Raptor-R (built date 23 May 2024) - "Bellatrix" just has to be different...
Under hood - bundle white tape (green, yellow, brown, blue/orange, yellow/orange).
bundle red tape (yellow, yellow/orange, blue/orange, brown) + green /brown that is looped out and back into the main bundle.
Inside passenger floorboard [yellow, yellow/orange, blue (maybe with orange, really short hard to see), green/brown, brown] all end with a heat-shrinked cap.
So, looks like I'll getting wire extenders and find which switch provides power to what wire.
You (SPV) really do excellent projects. I purchased and installed on my 2018 Raptor and looking forward to this new project.
