Yea this is actually my worry. Prob would keep my OE wheels or closer to OE offset if I bump up.

Good things to ponder here.
If you are going to jump the truck….leave it alone. IMO. I don’t care if it’s “made for it”….thats extremely hard on the vehicle and shit might break that otherwise wouldn’t.

The stock forged wheels are honestly pretty good. They are forged and can be converted to bead locks. That doesn’t leave much to want from a performance standpoint.

One thing I will say I like about 37s and jumping with how I’ve got my truck set up is there’s about 2” more clearance between the ground and the truck at full compression. These things do get stupidly low at bottom out. To the point that bent skids and LCA tabs aren’t terribly uncommon. That’s another thing, the stock skid will save the LCA tabs at least for one impact. High clearance skids leave them exposed.

Transparently I prob won't jump a truck that I have been saving hard earned cash for, for a very long time. That said I do a ton of camping and off-roading and forsure it'll be at full flex and I don't want to be tearing things up. Cosmetically for 2" of tire its not worth it.

Ideal state is probably to leave bone stock and if the 37" KO2/KO3 fits, that's the boss move.
