2022 Smell Gas fumes

Have a couple hundred miles on this truck & have noticed bit of gas smell while driving/exiting the vehicle. I’m windows down majority of the time. I’ve also been in Sport or Baja exhaust mode a LOT as my son requests every time we are in the truck.

No dripping/puddles on driveway. Didn’t see any thing obvious under the hood but I don’t know where I should be looking.

Ideas?

UPDATE:
Just spent 15 minutes letting the engine run with the hood up. Did not smell any gas fumes from the engine bay. I had the truck in Normal exhaust mode. Walking around the vehicle I thought I smelled a HINT of gas but nothing major. I then let the truck idle in Sport exhaust mode and also did not smell any gas fumes in the area of the engine bay. I THOUGHT I smelled a hint of gas on a walk around of the truck but nothing major.

Next time I drive it wil see if I can tell where the smell is coming from as soon as I exit the truck.

While doing this I do think I have a slightly loose exhaust pipe on cold startup.. seemed to rattle then stop when RPMs went down… maybe I can tighten that.

Unless you smell gas in the vicinity of the exhaust pipes at the rear of the vehicle, then tightening up the slop in the exhaust system is not going to solve your gas odor problem. To be certain that you don't have a leak in the high pressure fuel delivery system there is a dye that can be added to the gas that will identify the location of fuel leaks under the hood and between the fuel tank and the engine. I'd do that sooner rather than later to insure that you don't have a fire safety issue. In the mean time I recommend that you carry a fire extinguisher with you in the vehicle.

Might be the new parts burning off oil, whatever?

When my wife picked up my '18 after having the phasers replaced, she called me and said it smelled like gas. When she got home I checked and it smelled like the inside of the shop. lol. I assume they left the windows down for the week they had it.

Not topping off. Any chance running exhaust modes Sport & Baja could have anything to do with it? I definitely do not smell it in the engine bay.

Well, you'll have to pull the fuel tank guard, run the truck, and see if you can determine whether the true source is a hole or split seam in the fuel tank, a split in the high pressure fuel line, a failure in the return line, or a gasket failure where the fuel pump is mounted in the fuel tank. It might be pretty hard to do, gas being colorless. Be careful with your trouble light!
