2022 Order Banks

does it really matter if you submit an order early into the order banks? It just won’t get scheduled until the dealer has an allocation for it

The dealer literally can’t order the truck until they open.

Is there anything wrong with placing multiple orders with diff dealers? I found 4 dealers who will sell me a 2022 @ MSRP. Smaller dealers, so will they get allocation is the big question. But I am placing my name/build at each dealer and getting “in line” hoping one actually happens. Just want to know if that is not good to do?

They asking for deposits? Most dealers will only give you a allocation with a deposit.

I’m struggling to find any dealers with 22 at MSRP. One sales manager called MSRP ‘special pricing’. I laughed him off the phone

I think all those accepted orders by your dealer only creates a list of potential buyers and if he is honest he will submit them in order they came in (first come first served)

I am wondering the same thing. 21 didn’t get ordered, because they lied about allocation. They say the 22 allocations haven’t been set yet, but are working with the zone rep to get one. Found another dealer that I can order at MSRP that received allocations for 21. Thinking about placing an order at both. Worse case scenario, I don’t claim one and they sell it, or I buy both and sell one right away.

Actually, who am I kidding, worse case scenario is neither of them get built.

dealer I ordered at said they could on Friday and aparently did, I checked with Ford Performance and they said the order is in based on order number, unscheduled but scheduling likely didn't start yet

not sure they will get an "allocation" or if the allocation thing is truly the issue, either way keeping my fingers crossed that the order continues through and I get a truck in 4-6 months (who knows maybe sooner)

Everyone ordering 2022s has to be very patient. 2022s are expected to begin production "somewhere in Q1" meaning that the first lucky ones will see their Raptor by March.

Without an dealer allocation, they’re not selling you a truck.
