2021 Ford Raptor Service Manual

Hope it is a Raptor specific service manual and not a generic F-150 manual like what comes in the glove box....

I don’t think a service manual has ever gone in a glove box. Owner’s manual yes, but service manual I never recall seeing one delivered with any vehicle I’ve purchased.

That said, I wish a Raptor Specific service manual was readily available for Raptor owners

What I meant was that the owners manual in the glove box is generic F-150. I was holding hope that the service manual would not be generic F-150.

I purchased one for my 2018 specific to my vin, however it’s has regular F150 stuff in there as well.

These are great trucks, but it’s still a Ford and sometimes plastic pieces on snap in clips don’t always look 100%

You may be able to pop it off and reinsert to correct the alignment a little better. Many Gen 2’s had some tiny gaps in this area too.

The Service Manual CD-ROM can be purchased at Helminc.com for $186. If you actually want a hard copy of the owner's manual, you can purchase it from the same site for $35. Ford no longer provides a hard copy with a new vehicle.

DR, does the service manual contain electrical diagrams or must that be purchased separately? Also is the Service manual interactive and show detail like the official Ford Service manual does?

I was kinda hoping for All Data subscription to this vehicle for exact repair procedures and OEM part numbers, but the latest they have is 2020 raptor. Nothing 21 or 22 yet. The engine is still the same, but I don't want to pay for a service that isn't exactly my vehicle. Hopefully they release soon.

I called Helminc and yes, the manual they sell includes the wire diagrams. I am stuck for a bit though. I processed the payment on their website. It said "processing" for way too long then failed. The result was a charge to my account and Helminc says they have no order. Nice mess to deal with.

They sell the wiring diagrams separately. I ordered the F150/Raptor Service Manual back in Sept. and ended up returning it for a refund. The diagrams were as depicted in your post, but the disk lacked any of the Raptor-specific stuff (suspension, etc.). They have since changed the part number, raised the price, and advertise separate manuals for the F150 vs F150/Raptor. Maybe they fixed it?
