yes had it 2 weeks and sold it. only thing it was better at than my 37 pkg was straight line speed at wot.. 37 is more nimble and handles better also tows my boat 10 x’s better
Well I believe you. I just got my R two days ago. My 21 with all the Goose fixings is just as fast.

Not sure which one will stay in the stable honestly

Oh wow, good to know. I have Goose Stage 2 93 octane, and still have the itch for an R. May scratch that itch by stepping up to Goose's e85 tune with boost tubes, injectors and downpipes

lots more potential with the 21 and 22 37 pkg imo. can be tuned, have the Torsen diff , ambient lighting, blue interior, head rest speakers, etc etc.. that was right before ford started loosing there a$$ with all the Ev B.S.. I could tell the quality of my 24R was not as nice fit and finish and was not impressed for 50k more and loosing a lot of features the 21 already had. and yes goose tuned with crp stg 4 snails on 91 oct or E50/e85 on stocks might be the sweet spot all while saving 40-50k$

lol @ 2400 less parts.. the bean counters at ford are trying to take features away one by one and jo public has not a clue. it’s all about the $ at this point and digging themselves out of the ev rut. They took the nicer embordered center console off the 24 37 pkg and the rear seats are no longer suede just the normal leather rear seats you get in the base 35 lol..point is newer is not always better

The R is awesome no doubt. Smooth and insane power but is it that much more for 50k? I like the truck that’s the part I’m having trouble with, it’s not that much more of a truck than my 21.

Ford really did jack up the 24. They added the HUD and dual live valves but basically neutered the software and deleted items that the everyday person probably would catch. Especially if it’s their first GEN3. Considering on going to a 23 37 package if the numbers work.

There's some good deals out there here and there in the used market. My truck sat for a few months and the price dropped 10k in that time frame.
