Rotor and shield definitely needed some tweaking when I put the spare on. ThisIs that an OEM wheel? Anyway, this is one reason why people run forged wheels - cast wheels can have imperfections in casting making the wheel weak in spots. Probably what happened here. Sorry man, this sucks.
Good chance of it. The OEM wheels on my last 6 F150s were made in China.Bet the wheel was made in China. Check the back of the spokes.
