I had the same problem with my 20 - had to go to the dealer 3 times before it was fixed....

@FordTechOne You got any insight on these issues? This seems too common of an issue for 2020 Raptors to be having this when they have already been out on the market for four years—not to mention, the current generation F150 being on the market for five years.

Yea, I don't know. I am out of town right now, so I am not sure what Sync version my truck has. But my truck was built on 1/20 of this year.

When did the Sync update occur? I picked up my truck on 3/31/20 and it was working fine. Then towards the beginning of this week, it stopped working.

@FordTechOne You got any insight on these issues? This seems too common of an issue for 2020 Raptors to be having this when they have already been out on the market for four years—not to mention, the current generation F150 being on the market for five years.

I have not personally seen any concerns or service messages regarding Sync 3.4 or camera issues on 2020 models. If anything comes down the pipeline I'll be sure to post it for reference.

It's been two weeks since I took it to the dealer to get fixed. So far still working. I haven't been driving all that much because there's nowhere to go. So hopefully once I ge back to regular life it holds up.
