I drive a 2018 XLT cloth for my work truck and a 2019 Raptor 802a. I think both of the lumbars are too much for my liking.

Should definitely take it in for warranty. The seat comfort adjustment from the factory must be off.

What I am supposed to say. I have had Recaro’s and they never hurt my back. These hurt my back and I have tried many different adjustments,to no avail. Just wondered if it could me or other people were feeling that the 19’s weren’t as comfortable as the 18’s. Is this better or am I still clueless.

I find the seats in my 19 to be fine, however at the price point for the Raptor it's a bummer that the lumber "lump" position is not adjustable up and down like it is in most of the other cars I have owned with this feature. The result is it's too low on your back when inflated up a bit.

That's what I love about gen 1comfy seats.
I sat in a 19 while getting oil change on my 2011 the new model has a wider console and narrower seats.

My build is small and thin also and I always have problems with seats. My 18 has the best seats for my body size, I wonder if the Recaros are designed for larger fit?
I’m a foot taller than the OP and about double his weight. I think the Recaro in my ‘19 is among the most comfortable seat I’ve ever sat in, right up there with the A8 and the S class.
