in missouri...my dealer stocks 10-15 raptors at any time, and usually has them $5-7k off sticker.

You can always head up to Oregon, dealers here are selling now for $5k under MSRP, and there is no sales or transaction state tax.
If you live in a state that collects sales tax, you'll pay sales tax regardless. I have purchased a vehicle from Oregon though—got a great price on it, and we still have it.
Unless that state does not have a reciprocal agreement with your state. Just bought an Escalade in Illinois and they did not collect Maine sales tax for this reason.
Right. If you do that from Nevada, you're going to pay sales tax in Nevada when you register the vehicle. Every state has their own rules.
