I have the mother of all updates about my MIA Raptor. As some of you may recall my truck landed at a railyard 12/31 and sat there missing its delivery date by a week. It was basically lost, nobody had info and the delivery date would not update on Fords site. The zone rep was not responsive so I lit a fire under the butt of my dealer and suggested going to the zone manager if the zone rep is not responsive. I also sent an email to the national director of customer relations and Edsel Ford.
That day I got a call from my dealer telling me the zone rep responded and the truck was classed as red priority so it would be rushed. Thought it was just a coincidence because I never got a response to my email.
This morning I got a email from Ford’s Director of North American Marketing, Sales and Service. Apologizing and saying he made sure the truck is picked up and will be watching it to make sure it’s delivered tomorrow. My original email made it to Edsel Ford II and he forwarded to this guy directly to have the issue handled. Seems I went all the way to the muddafukin top and got results. Ha!
