So.......customer service really does stink at these dealers. Maybe it’s because I had the courtesy delivery to my local dealer and I didn’t buy the truck from them. Mind you I am still paying them a fee. My truck gets delivered on Friday, I never get a call from the contact at the receiving dealership, zero. I had to call FP today to find out that the truck was delivered already.

The whole time dealer is telling me I’ll call you when it arrives. Also they told me they don’t do PDI on weekends either.

Anyhow coming from high end cars I just expected that if I am spending 72k on a truck (flagship mind you) that I would get better service. I just hope taking the car in for service would be better experience.

I’ll post picks once she is in my hands.
LOL no they actually have a $100k Limited f450 super duty so the Raptor isn’t their flagship truck. That said it’s Ford.. the same company that sells a base Fiesta with a $100 differential between invoice price and MSRP window sticker. I’ve had some pretty ****** service at Ford with my GT350. Picked up a 18’ Mustang GT for my son and the dealership didn’t bother to wax it. Said all they do is wash.

Picked up my 2019 Raptor this morning from Lebanon Ford outside of Cincinnati. Driving back to Little Rock. I’m 300 miles into the 600 mile drive. I would compare the ride to my wife’s new Escalade just not as quite. The deal was well worth the effort to fly there and drive it back.
I have a 2018 Escalade ESV and honestly it doesn’t ride that great. The magneride shocks are stiffer than the standard setup used in Suburbans without magneride. I had a 2013 Escalade ESV prev body without magneride and that was a much smoother SUV as well.

Drop your tire pressure down to about 36-38 in the Raptor and your ride will get a LOT better

It's just going to magically appear. Mine hasn't updated since 11/11 and is due 12/1. It would be nice for the tracker to update just to show signs of life. I'm supposed to call the transport company this Wednesday to see if anything has changed. Crossing my fingers.
I don’t even care anymore. Gave up on checking and my Raptor will get here when it gets here. My dealer sent me an update today and I just responded. That’s nice.. I’ll believe it when I see it. LOL!

Fun fact, I told him guys on the forum were posting dealer stock orders arriving before customer ordered cars. He said ford changed their ordering system so priority is given to stock orders to iron out production bugs. Not sure what he means by that but I guess if the idea is to build customer orders after the initial batch of flawed trial run of stock trucks I guess it makes sense why they had to wait for “ok to buy” on the ramp. On the other hand it doesn’t make sense because each stock truck will eventually become a customer truck.

I picked my Scab up late today. It was dark when we drove home, so pictures tomorrow.

Transportation put two large scratches in the drivers door, so it will have to go back to get fixed, but I wanted it for a couple of trips planned.

That's infuriating. Guy that filled my gas up scratched down to primer on the fender next to the cap. I wouldn't let the dealer touch it, but it is probably too late now.
