Why would anyone cross shop a Raptor with a Rebel? The Rebel does not have the "sex appeal" , status symbol, and capabilities etc.

But i get it, it's too expensive for some. I see some Rebels for 40k with a a 52k sticker. But as you saw, the resale is solid on a Raptor. Your Rebel probably lost 30% of value since your first post indicating what you did.

Any modern Truck is gonna be awesome, no matter what I think. Just not a direct comparison of two awesome machines.

When the 19 rams came out I was and am very impressed. If I don’t love the raptor I’ll probably go to that vehicle next. I came from a 14 ram, andThe limited Rams interiors have blown me away. I’ve never driven one and I’m still waiting on my 19 raptor to land but we’ll see. I could see how someone would switch to save $$ if they aren’t super into or able to off road the raptor like they want.

Rams are great trucks like governors of a state. I tried the rebel, love the 12 inches screen, but hate the overwhelming dull red accent.
On the other hand, it is not as aggressive looking as the 2018 version. That alone made it a Nono for me. I don't care if raptor is $30k costlier! The interior fit me, but not like raptor. I am 6'6" with 37 inch inseam length.

Raptor on the other hand is an authority figure! More like his holiness the Pope. Has a sex symbol and appeal. Great look and pretty decent interior, however, ram owns it in interior for 2019 models. Only knock against the raptor will be no v8. Well I won't even off-road my raptor when I buy it. I don't give a damn about v6 vs v8. What the raptor can do physically the ram can do in the fantasy land

I could always go test drive one I guess I didn’t wanna deal with the BS of going to talk to a salesman to pretend like I’m seriously interested. But I guess it would be good to try for experience.
